These days, having a competitive salary structure is a key factor for any company in the present highly demanding environment. This applies whether trying to attract new talent or to retain and motivate existing top professionals.

There are several annual studies where you can check salary increases in the different occupational categories and also explore variations over all retribution concepts.

As well as these global market analyses there are also studies on salary practices in other kinds of retribution: shares, house rental, company vehicle, etc. There are also retribution analyses by salary level taking in all elements currently found in typical retribution packages (basic salary, bonds, social benefits, shares, company car etc.).
