Analysing and Negotiating a Job Offer

Negotiation is the process of arriving at an agreement between two or more parties about one or more issues. The goal of negotiation in job offers should be to reach a win-win situation, where both sides feel satisfied with the solution.

It is important to note that companies generally put a great deal of thought, analysis and planning into their job offer and negotiation often is not necessary.
