- The Library at Barcelona-Pedralbes campus has 2 group work rooms, each accommodating up to 6 people and equipped with 1 desk-top computer, electrical sockets for plugging in laptop computers and WI-FI connection.
They can be used by all ESADE students, faculty, researchers or staff who require to do group work.
Opening hours
Group Work Rooms are open Monday to Friday, from 8.00 h to 20.00 h, throughout the academic year. They are not available at weekends.
These times may vary during school holidays.
Reservation
Rooms can be reserved at the Library desk by presenting a TUI card.
Users reserving a room must leave their TUI card at the Library desk. It will be handed back when they return the room key. If they have to leave the room for any reason, another group member must leave their card.
Rules
1.Rooms can be reserved for a maximum of 2 hours per day.
2.If the user who has reserved the room has not appeared 15 minutes after the time arranged, the reservation will be cancelled and the room made available to other users.
3.The same group cannot reserve both rooms at the same time.
4.The users who reserve the room are responsible for its condition. If they find anything out of place before they take up their reservation, they must report this to Library staff.
5.This service is subject to Library regulations. Smoking, eating and drinking are not allowed. All furniture and IT equipment must be respected. The use of raised voices is discouraged as this may disturb other users. Misuse of the facility will result in suspension from all Library services.
6.The Library will not be responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings left in Group Work Rooms.
