The borrowing hours may vary during vacations periods.

  • What's the loan service?

    -  Yellow label: reduced circulation
    -  White label: loan period depends on the user type
    -  White label + "Current year reference": not available for circulation for the current academic term

  • How to obtain a document on loan

  • At the Pedralbes Campus library all loans and returns must be recorded at the library desk during official hours. You will be asked to show your ID card since users are responsible for all documents borrowed in their name.

At the Sant Cugat Campus library there is also a self-issue terminal opposite the library desk, available during library opening hours. To use it you must have a current and non-sanctioned ESADE individual ID card (TUI).

  • Loan renewal

  • Loans can be renewed provided a reserve has not been placed on the item by another user.

Up to three consecutive renewals can be made online, through the user's personal account in My Library, by phone or by electronic mail. To make a fourth renewal, it is essential to take the document to the Library desk.

  • Reserving borrowed documents

  • Users can reserve documents that are already on loan. When the document is returned, the user on the waiting list is notified automatically and the document is reserved for one week.
