What should I do if I have a problem while filling out the online admission application?
If you encounter any problems when filling out your online application, please check the instructions you can find on this page. If you continue having problems, please contact the Marketing and Admissions Service

What can I do if I submitted my online application and forgot to include something?

Please contact the Marketing and Admissions Service.

What should I do if I cannot see the status of my application with the username and password you gave me?
It is important to check that you are on the right page, that is, "Check the status of your application". If so, check that you are entering the correct username and password (check capital letters are introduced correctly). Your password contains letters and numbers and it is easy to confuse, for example, the letter 'O' with the number '0'. If you continue having problems, please contact the Marketing and Admissions Service.

What should I do if documentation I already sent to ESADE appears as "to be sent"?
Documentation takes some days to arrive here and the Marketing and Admissions Service may take some time to update data. After a few days, if the documentation still appears as "to be sent", please contact the Marketing and Admissions Service. Bear in mind that you have to have sent us the original copies, otherwise the documents will still be considered as missing

What should I do if I cannot send some documentation until I finish my university degree and it appears as "to be sent"?
Do not worry. If you are in your final year at university, we are aware you will not be able to send an official copy of your degree until shortly before the program start date.
