• Admission tests

All candidates who wish to access the Master and Postgraduate programs in Law must take the ESADE Admission Test. Only the following candidates are exempt from this test:

. Candidates for any of the Specialization Modules: Tax Law and Intellectual Property and the Information Society.
. Candidates resident outside Spain.

It is a multiple-choice aptitude test with which we aim to evaluate the candidate's suitability for the different ESADE Master and Postgraduate programs.

Registration

To sit the Admission Test you must present your admission application at least one week before the date of the examination. Please contact Marketing and Admissions if you would like to take the test on a specific date and have not received all the necessary documentation before the upcoming round of tests.

Information for candidates resident outside Spain
Candidates for the Master and Postgraduate programs in Law who live outside Spain do not have to take the Admission Test.

Please note:

· You cannot study for the ESADE Admission Test in advance as it is not a test of knowledge: There is no set topic list that you can study to improve your grade.

· You cannot pass or fail the ESADE Admission Test. It is used only to draw up a candidate profile.

· The Admission Test can only be taken once in the academic year in which you apply for admission to the programme.

· The Admission Test is only one of the factors taken into account in the admission process, given that the information provided in the application form, university transcripts and professional background (if applicable) is also taken into consideration .

· Although a specific level of English is not a requirement for enrolling on the Master and Postgraduate in Law programmes, an English language placement test can be taken on the same day as the Admission Test.

Where and when?
The Admission test is usually held at the ESADE Campus in Barcelona four times a year: December, January/February, March and May. We occasionally hold Admission Tests in other Spanish cities. Check the Agenda regularly to see where and when exactly. If you prefer, send us your details and we will keep you informed of future Admission Tests near you.
