Leaders in teaching innovation
Advanced and quality training has earned us international recognition as leaders in teaching innovation.
Esade inspires and supports excellence and innovation in teaching and learning, and we have achieved internal consistency and external recognition as a seal of excellence.
The best talent
We support the best talent and believe in diversity as a source of wealth and progress. We offer students with excellent academic records from diverse backgrounds the opportunity to study at Esade. Our scholarship program allocates €4.6 million and has awarded 307 scholarships this year. We give talented students access to high-level learning by removing the financial obstacles. Our scholarships range from 60% to 100% of tuition fees and sometimes include accommodation and meals.
Excellence and academic rigor
The Program Quality and Development Unit ensures the excellence and academic rigor of our programs, as well as their alignment with our values, mission, and teaching model. Quality is monitored using the internal quality assurance system (SGIQ) developed by the Catalan Agency for University System Quality (AQU) and which follows criteria set by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training and the General Directorate for Universities.
Diversity as a source of progress
Equity, diversity, and inclusion are an implicit part of our vision and are explicitly expressed in the values that guide our international community (which includes more than 117 nationalities). Understanding and respecting the uniqueness of everyone is an integral part of higher education.

Working towards sustainability
We have developed the 2022-2026 Esade Sustainability Plan to generate a positive, measurable, and real impact. Our community works with sensitivity and humanity in favor of society and the planet. Our sustainability plan focuses on three primary areas: respect for the planet; equality and human rights; and transparency and exemplarity in our governance model.
Technology as a driver of change
Our training model is based on the latest trends, tools, and technological disruptions. We train tomorrow’s leaders of the data revolution to unleash the full potential of artificial intelligence, data analysis, and machine learning. In addition, we teach how to manage complex technological projects and advance the sustainable growth of business and society.

The Rambla of Innovation at the Sant Cugat Campus is an ecosystem that drives innovation by supporting entrepreneurship projects that connect students and change agents with real businesses and civil society – boosting meaningful and impactful entrepreneurship.
The Esade Entrepreneurship Institute (EEI) encourages academic excellence in the field of entrepreneurship through research, teaching, ideation – as well as the creation of new businesses and outreach activities.

We encourage open, plural, and constant dialogue for the development of a freer, more prosperous, and fairer society. Social debate revolves around the key challenges of the present and future of businesses, the economy, and society – and encourages the exchange of knowledge, novel solutions, and new leadership.
